Entrepreneur Mira Rajput Kapoor celebrated 11 years of marriage with actor Shahid Kapoor by sharing a heartwarming throwback on social media. Marking their wedding anniversary on Monday, Mira posted a nostalgic picture from one of the couple's visits to Madame Tussauds and accompanied it with a quirky caption that left fans smiling.
Taking to Instagram, Mira shared a throwback photo featuring herself posing between Shahid and his wax statue at Madame Tussauds. While the real Shahid is seen dressed in a striped formal suit, his wax figure sports a classic black-and-white tuxedo. Mira complemented the moment in an elegant sleeveless black gown as she smiled for the camera.
Adding a playful touch to the anniversary post, she captioned it, "When 1 plus 1 equals 11. Happy Anniversary, love of my life!"
The couple tied the knot on July 7, 2015, in an intimate Anand Karaj ceremony in Delhi. Their marriage, arranged through the spiritual organisation Radha Soami Satsang Beas, initially grabbed headlines because of their age difference. However, over the years, Shahid and Mira have become one of Bollywood's most-loved couples, often winning fans over with their candid family moments and social media banter.
They are parents to daughter Misha, born in 2016, and son Zain, whom they welcomed in 2018. While Mira largely stays away from films, she has carved out her own identity as an entrepreneur, wellness enthusiast and digital creator.
