Shraddha Kapoor and Rahul Mody
Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor has once again sparked relationship buzz with her latest social media activity. In a recent Instagram story, she subtly praised rumoured boyfriend Rahul Mody. Notably, the two have never publicly confirmed their relationship; however, their frequent sightings together and social media activities have kept the speculation alive.
On Sunday (April 26), Shraddha took to her Instagram stories to praise Rahul's recent advertisement, featuring Aneet Padda. Aneet rose to fame with Mohit Suri's Saiyaara with Ahaan Panday.
Sharing the video clip of the advertisement, Shraddha praised Aneet's performance, saying, "Cuteness + best acting ka perfect mishran = aneetpadda (sic)". She further went on to compliment Rahul, adding, "Aur cuteness se yaad aya, yeh writer-director kitna talented hain uff modyrahulmody.(sic)".
Her post quickly caught the attention of netizens, with many taking the compliment as yet another hint about their rumoured relationship.
Rumours about Shraddha and Rahul's relationship first started doing the rounds in early 2024, when the two were seen leaving a dinner date together in Mumbai. Ever since, they have been seen together on several occasions, including at the high-profile pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant.
Last year in June, Shraddha further fuelled rumours when she shared a cosy selfie with Rahul on Instagram. Both are seen dressed in white in the picture, while she was seen holding his arm. The caption read, "Dil rakh le, Neend toh vaapis de de yaar (Take away my heart, but at least return my sleep)." Notably, around the same time, fans also noticed her wearing an 'R' pendant around her neck, which further added fuel to the ongoing rumours.
On the work front, Shraddha has an exciting slate of projects lined up. She is all set to headline a biopic based on the life of renowned Marathi folk artist Vithabai Narayangaonkar, titled Eetha. Similarly, Shraddha is also set to return with the third instalment of her popular horror-comedy franchise Stree. In addition to this, she is also part of Nagin, a project backed by filmmaker Nikhil Dwivedi.
