The film, which hit the screens on October 2, 2026, has already become the highest-grossing opener in Ajay Devgn's career. Additionally, the film has also been receiving positive reviews. Amid this, director Abhishek Pathak's sweet gesture for his wife, Shivaleeka Oberoi, has left many impressed. It also left Shivaleeka emotional watching his message on the big screen.

Abhishek Pathak's special message for wife and daughter

Shivaleeka took to Instagram on October 4 to share a video of herself in the cinema hall to watch Drishyam 3. She was seen getting teary-eyed as Abhishek's message for her flashed on the big screen.

The message on the screen read, "Thank you, Shivaleeka for believing in me and supporting me through the journey while carrying our beautiful Aarika." He also gave their daughter a special shoutout in the message, saying, "And Aarika, you arrived and gave it all a whole new meaning."

Shivaleeka Oberoi gets emotional

In the caption, Shivaleeka penned an emotional note for her husband. She wrote, "I teared up when I saw this on the big screen.And judging by the messages I've been getting, I'm clearly not the only one who thought this was pretty special."

"When you started this journey, there was so much that life was about to bring our way. There were sacrifices, difficult days, time apart, and so many moments that tested us. But through it all, I believed in you, in your vision and in what you were creating. Today, watching the world celebrate what you created makes every bit of it feel worth it," she added.

Shivaleeka concluded the note saying, "And sometimes I look at Aarika and think..how lucky is she going to feel one day knowing her father directed Drishyam. So incredibly proud to be your wife!"

Earlier on the day of the film's release, she had shared a special post for her husband. "I've seen the dream, the hard work, the sleepless nights and the heart behind it all. Tomorrow, the world gets to see what I've been lucky enough to witness.
