Govinda and Sunita Ahuja's personal life and marriage have been making headlines for quite some time now. The controversy has once again caught steam amid reports and rumours surrounding the actor's alleged relationship with his co-star Komal Rani Swarnkar. Recently, Govinda and Komal were seen visiting Mumbai's Lalbaugcha Raja together following Sunita's visit. Later, Komal made some shocking claims without naming Sunita, which further fuelled the controversy.
Amid the ongoing controversy, Sunita has now reacted to Govinda's visit and the rumours around his alleged relationship. While speaking to Sarish Media, Sunita, when asked, stated that she did not want to comment on Govinda or his co-star. "Govinda ke baare mein, na uske co-star ke baare mein kuch nahi bolna hai. I am seeing he is happy; God bless him. Jaisi usko zindagi jeena hai, woh jeeye," she said.
She further said, "Kyunki mujhe yeh sab par focus nahi karna hai. I just pray to God ki woh jahan bhi hai, jiske saath bhi hai, khush hai aur khush rahe." Sunita also clarified that currently, her primary focus is her work and that she does not want to get involved in controversies again and again. "Mera main focus is mera kaam. I don't want to fall into controversies again and again," she mentioned, before concluding that people must focus on their own happiness instead of wasting time on such matters.
Notably, Sunita's reaction comes days after Komal shared a lengthy note on Instagram, seeminglu accusing Sunita of allegedly trying to "kill" her husband. She also addressed allegations of being called a "homebreaker", adding that "nobody can ever be a homebreaker in an already broken house."
She wrote, "Jo aurat apne hi pati ko salon se jaan se marne ki koshish kar rahi ho aisi auraton ki badduayen kisi ko nhi lagti. (The curses of a woman who has been trying to kill her own husband for years do not affect anyone.) Nobody ever can be a homebreaker in already broken house."
She further added, "She seems to enjoy putting it on display in public. Is this really a pain or is it a carefully thought out conspiracy? To constantly mentally harass a man, stop him from working, force him to sit at home and waste away, isolate him completely and drive him to the point of death."
"I don't think any good and devoted wife could treat her husband so terribly. Are women like this mentally unwell, or are they simply too clever for their own good, fully aware that what they couldn't accomplish behind doors, they can achieve by going public and gaining people's sympathy," Komal wrote. Kashmera Shah later hit back at Komal Rani's claims.
