Paris had no shortage of star power on Friday, September 4, as Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Jennifer Lawrence joined some of fashion's biggest names at the 13th LVMH Prize for Young Fashion Designers. Hosted at the Fondation Louis Vuitton, the event brought together an A-list crowd to celebrate emerging talent from the world of fashion.
Jennifer, who is a Dior ambassador, had a special role on the night as she presented the coveted LVMH Prize to designer Julie Kegels. Priyanka, meanwhile, was among the glamorous guests at the event and was seen sharing a warm moment with Pharrell Williams.
The two actors also caught attention when they were spotted chatting and laughing together during the evening. Their interaction quickly became a talking point online, with fans enjoying the unexpected Hollywood-Bollywood crossover.
The event featured an impressive jury comprising names such as Pharrell Williams, Jonathan Anderson, Sarah Burton, Maria Grazia Chiuri, Nicolas Ghesquiere, Stella McCartney, Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, Camille Miceli, Nigo, Phoebe Philo and Michael Rider.
LVMH Prize founder and Dior CEO Delphine Arnault also attended the event and thanked the evening's special guests, including Jennifer, Priyanka and Urassaya Sperbund, for their presence.
For Priyanka, the Paris appearance comes amid a packed professional schedule spanning both Bollywood and Hollywood. The actor has several projects in the pipeline, including SS Rajamouli's highly anticipated Varanasi, which also stars Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran.
Priyanka is also attached to Mira Nair's Amri, in which she will portray legendary Indian painter Amrita Sher-Gil. She will additionally star alongside Will Ferrell, Zac Efron and Regina Hall in Nicholas Stoller's comedy Judgment Day.
Meanwhile, her survival thriller Reset recently hit a casting snag after Orlando Bloom exited the project just days before filming was scheduled to begin. Priyanka stars in the film as a woman who wakes up stranded in the wilderness with no memory of how she got there. Bloom was set to play a mysterious stranger she encounters while trying to survive.
With fashion events, major international films and a growing Hollywood slate keeping her busy, Priyanka clearly has little time to slow down. But for one evening in Paris, it was her stylish outing with Jennifer Lawrence that stole the spotlight. Priyanka Chopra's next Varanasi is scheduled to release in April 2027.
