Priyanka Chopra is in India with daughter Malti Marie to spend quality time with her family. Despite her global commitments, the actor has often made sure to stay connected to her roots, and her latest visit to Mumbai's Siddhivinayak Temple was another reflection of that. Priyanka was accompanied by her sister Mannara Chopra. However, Malti skipped visiting the temple.
Priyanka Chopra was spotted visiting Mumbai's Siddhivinayak Temple with her sister and Bigg Boss 17 contestant Mannara Chopra. Dressed in a traditional pink salwar suit paired with a blue dupatta, the actor opted for a simple and elegant look for her temple visit. Accompanied by tight security, Priyanka made her way through the crowd before waving to fans who had gathered outside. She then got into her car and left the premises.
To note, Priyanka Chopra has often made it a point to visit religious shrines whenever she is in India. During her last visit, she was spotted at a Durga Puja pandal, while on an earlier visit, she made headlines for performing seva and washing utensils at Golden Temple. PeeCee also visited the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya with Nick and Malti during one of her trips to India, seeking blessings at the revered temple.
Her visit to India comes amid buzz of her much-awaited film Varanasi with SS Rajamouli, Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran. On the occasion of Mahesh Babu's birthday, his look as Rudhra was unveiled by the makers. On the occasion of Priyanka Chopra's 44th birthday, the team of SS Rajamouli's Varanasi wished their leading lady by sharing a new poster of her look as Mandakini from the film, along with a BTS glimpse. In the new look, Priyanka is seen exuding a fiery, enigmatic aura. Varanasi is all set to release on April 7, 2027.
Apart from this, Priyanka has joined Oscar winner Russell Crowe for the sci-fi action thriller Bluefly. Directed by Nimrod Antal, the film follows a covert mission in the Congo involving a mysterious crashed aircraft. Priyanka shared the news on Instagram on Thursday, keeping her announcement brief and writing, "On to the next." The film will be directed by Nimrod Antal.
