About Dhurandhar

Directed and written by Aditya Dhar, the spy-action thriller features Ranveer Singh, Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R. Madhavan, and Arjun Rampal in lead roles. It is produced by Jio Studios and B62 Studios. Ahead of release, the film faced a hiccup as makers were unable to conduct premiere shows due to unavoidable circumstances.

The high-stakes espionage thriller is inspired by real covert operations of Indian intelligence, set against the backdrop of events like the IC-814 hijacking in 1999. Although there is no official confirmation yet, reports suggest that the makers plan to make Dhurandhar a two-part saga. Part two is expected to be released in the first half of 2026. Recently, reports suggested that the film is set to have a 4-minute-long post-credit scene, which confirms a second instalment.
