Ibrahim Ali Khan was clicked at a gymkhana in Khar, Mumbai, as the star kid was practising Cricket. This reminds one of his grandfather Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi. Saif Ali Khan's father Mansoor Ali Khan, also known as Tiger Pataudi, was a well-known Indian cricketer. Ibrahim Ali Khan was completely engrossed in his practice session. As most of the star kids are making their Bollywood debuts, Ibrahim Ali Khan too wishes to join the industry. As a dad, Saif is a tad bit worried about his son's debut movie.

Taking about Ibrahim Ali Khan's debut film, Saif Ali Khan said to a leading daily, "It's really nice. Amma (Sharmila Tagore) works even now. She has a lot of energy and wants to move around all the time (Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi). I'm more like my father. I'm happy to read a book on some afternoons. Bebo (Kareena Kapoor Khan), Soha and Kunal (Kemmu) have their careers going. Now, we have Sara joining in."

Saif Ali Khan further added, "Yes. Ibrahim, Aarav (Akshay Kumar's son) and that group of youngsters want six packs and aspire to be Bollywood stars. I don't know if anyone wants to be an actor. It is kind of disturbing because not everyone makes it."

"But then what the heck? Talking about being a star, my wife points out that till a few years ago, even I didn't want to be an actor, I wanted to be a star," Saif laughed off while saying this.

Just like his grandfather, Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, who was a former captain of the Indian national cricket team, and his great grandfather Iftikhar Ali Khan, who was the captain of the India national cricket team for the tour to England in 1946, Ibrahim Ali Khan too loves playing cricket.

Ibrahim Ali Khan has been often spotted while practising cricket in Khar's popular gymkhana. Very few know that Ibrahim Ali was 13 when he took baby steps on the cricket field.

Did you know Ibrahim Ali Khan made his Mumbai Schools Sports Association (MSSA) debut by playing for Dhirubhai Ambani International School (BKC) in the Giles Shield inter-school cricket tournament for boys U-14 in 2013?

With an illustrious cricketing background running in the family, it isn't surprising that Ibrahim Ali Khan chose to play the sport.

Ibrahim Ali Khan, who turned 18 on March 5, 2019, is a very media shy person. Though the star kid often gets clicked by shutterbugs, unlike his super-confident little brother Taimur Ali Khan, Ibrahim is not very camera-friendly.

Although, Ibrahim Ali Khan and his sister-actress Sara Ali Khan stay with their mother Amrita Singh (Saif's former wife) they share a healthy and lovely relationship with father, Saif, who is now married to actress Kareena Kapoor Khan, and who has a son Taimur Ali Khan together.

While Sara Ali Khan has made her Bollywood debut in 2018, we wonder if Ibrahim Ali Khan would enter the showbiz world anytime soon or carry forward the legacy, just like his grandfather and great grandfather in Cricket.

Well, for now, it's great to see Ibrahim Ali Khan playing cricket!
