Isha Rikhi was born on September 9, 1993, in Chandigarh to a middle-class Punjabi family. 

She studied in Shishu Niketan Model Senior Secondary School, and later completed her graduation from Punjab University in Chandigarh itself.

Isha grew up with two siblings, a sister, Reema, and brother Mani Rikhi.

The actress lost her father, Pradeep Kumar Rikhi, when she was just a teenager.

Her mother, Poonam Rikhi, always wanted to be an actor, but couldn't. Hence, she wished to fulfil her dream through her daughter. Isha's parents always encouraged her in her acting career.

Initially, Isha had no interest in acting since she had a very negative image of the industry in her mind. However, things changed when she began working.

Isha reportedly started modelling when she was in class 12. Later, before turning towards a full-fledged modelling career, she even worked at an event management company for a brief period.

She first appeared in a guest appearance in Jatt and Juliet in 2012. She then made her onscreen debut with Punjabi film Jatt Boys Putt Jattan De (2013) with Sippy Gill, and later went on to star in several films like Mere Yaar Kaminey, What the Jatt, Ardaas and more.

She made her Bollywood debut in 2018 in the film Nawabzaade, starring Raghav Juyal, Punit Pathak and Dharmesh Yelande.

Isha has also starred in several music videos like B.A Fail, Ikk Saal, and Hero among others. She was also seen in Badshah's song Bamb.

She has also worked in a number of ad commercials for notable brands with celebs like Being Human by Salman Khan, Show for Dollar with Akshay Kumar, Colgate with Sonam Kapoor and Kalyan Jewellers with Amitabh Bachchan.

If reports are true, Isha has tied the knot with Badshah in an intimate ceremony in March 2026.
