A warning will be flashed on TV before singer Adele takes to the stage for her headlining act at a concert in Glastonbury on Saturday night, over apprehensions that she may use x-rated language.

Although the singer is not due to take to the stage until late night, those watching it on channel BBC 2 will be warned, reports a website. The singer is known for frequently uttering obscenities during her otherwise ballad-heavy sets.

"In between performing emotional ballads, Adele is completely herself on stage and tells some hilarious anecdotes," a source said. "Swearing is in her vernacular, so it's only natural she'll be effing and blinding away," the source added.

A spokesman for the BBC said, "All live post-watershed performances from this weekend's Glastonbury will be prefaced with a warning for possible strong language."
