The photograph has reportedly shown a marked change in her face.
Instead of commenting on Iggy Azalea's newly-dyed pink tips, fans paid more attention to her chin.
One fan wrote 'Plastic on fleek', while another agreed, writing 'Girl you working that plastic!'.
Another fan, meanwhile, commented: "She looks so different, it's kinda scary actually."
