Kylie Jenner has never been one to shy away from talking candidly about cosmetic surgery, and her latest podcast appearance was no different. The beauty mogul, who has previously opened up about getting a boob job at 19, has now revealed that she has been thinking about going bigger.
Appearing on the recent episode of the Better Half With Stas and Vic podcast with close friends Stas Karanikolaou and Victoria Villarroel, Kylie got refreshingly honest about her current implants and why she wants a size upgrade in the future.
"I want my tits to walk in before I do," she joked, while discussing her desire for a more dramatic look. According to Kylie, she currently has 445 cc silicone implants, but has apparently been talking about getting them enlarged for the past year. The conversation came after Stas brought up the details of Kylie's breast augmentation, which she publicly shared with a fan in 2025.
During the podcast, the reality star admitted that she wants them to be "bigger and more out there". However, the 29-year-old doesn't appear to be rushing into another procedure just yet.
Kylie, who is a mother to two children, said she is unlikely to get another breast augmentation until after she turns 30. So, for now, a bigger boob job remains firmly on the wishlist.
The beauty entrepreneur also revealed another body modification she wants to try sooner, a belly-button piercing. "Diamonds dripping from my belly button," Kylie said, adding that she simply wants to experience it.
For the podcast appearance, Kylie made sure her outfit matched the boldness of the conversation. She wore a plunging black satin halter dress with a neckline that dipped dramatically towards her ribcage, accessorising the look with diamond-encrusted earrings and a matching silver watch.
Kylie has spoken about her breast augmentation before, but her views on getting the procedure at a young age have changed over time. In a previous episode of The Kardashians, she revealed that she had her breasts enlarged when she was 19 and later admitted that she wished she had waited until after having children.
She said she had "beautiful" natural breasts before the surgery and advised those considering the procedure to wait until after having children.
That makes her latest confession particularly interesting. Kylie may have regrets about getting her first boob job too early, but that clearly doesn't mean she is completely done with the idea of cosmetic surgery.
From diamonds at the belly button to boobs that "walk in before" she does, Kylie is clearly still having plenty of fun imagining her next beauty move.
