Jim Carrey has married his longtime girlfriend, Min Ah, in a private Los Angeles ceremony, seven months after they made a public appearance together at the César Awards. The Bruce Almighty star, 64, and Min Ah, 32, have a 32-year age gap. The couple has reportedly been dating since 2022.

On Wednesday, September 30, a spokesperson for Bruce Almighty star Jim Carrey, 64, confirmed to PEOPLE that the actor has married his longtime girlfriend, Min Ah. TMZ reports that the couple exchanged vows in a small, private ceremony in Los Angeles. Notably, the couple has a 32-year age gap.

The wedding comes seven months after the pair were photographed together in France at the César Awards. During the ceremony, Carrey referred to Min Ah as his "companion." The Mask star and his girlfriend have been dating since 2022. However, much detail about their love life is not available.

At the awards show, he said, "Thank you to my wonderful family, my daughter Jane, and my grandson Jackson. I love you now and forever. Thank you to my sublime companion, Min Ah," he said in French, as his daughter, grandson, and girlfriend received ovations from the crowd. "I love you, Min Ah. And finally, thank you to the funniest man I have ever known: my father, Percy Joseph Carrey, who taught me the value of love, generosity, and laughter."

The actor has been married twice before. He and Melissa Womer, with whom he shares Jane, were married from 1987 to 1995. In 1996, Carrey married Dumb and Dumber costar Lauren Holly, but they split the following year.

Carrey has also had relationships with famous women, including Jenny McCarthy, Renée Zellweger, Linda Ronstadt, and January Jones.

Professionally, Jim Carrey received the honorary award at the 51st edition of France's Cesar Award ceremony. Carrey, born in Canada, began his career as a stand-up comedian before he gained popularity on the TV show In Living Color.
