New York: Singers Katy Perry and Taylor Swift reportedly had an awkward run-in at the 2016 Met Gala. The event took place on Monday night.

However, according to an insider, Katy Perry only worried about her appearance that night as she wanted to look fabulous.
"Katy was worried only about her outfit at the MET Ball, she didn't have anytime to worry about running into Taylor or have an awkward encounter, plus it is easy to avoid people if you really need to," the source told hollywoodlife.com.
The source hinted that Katy Perry didn't even think about Swift.
"She didn't have Taylor on her mind, she was a non factor in her preparation or fun or lack thereof for the night," the insider added.
The two have had a longstanding feud and it became more popular after Taylor Swift released her hit 'Bad Blood' which many believe is a song about Katy Perry.
Met Gala is an annual fundraising gala for the benefit of the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute here.
