Jenner shared the pic with her 82 million Instagram followers on Monday, which had her sans clothes lying on a table top. The stylish black-and-white photo got her rave reviews from fans. She's crossed her leg and posed with a cigarette butt in her hand and captioned it, "I don't smoke." Jenner's sister Khloe commented, "Oh my God!!!! Dammmm Gina! (sic)" While close friend Cara Delevingne wrote, "Can I get a 'CaKe' please (sic)."
