Big Tech is about to face its reckoning on the big screen. The Social Reckoning, Aaron Sorkin's upcoming drama inspired by the Facebook whistleblower scandal, is set to release in India on October 9, 2026. Written and directed by Sorkin, the film brings together Mikey Madison, Jeremy Strong and Jeremy Allen White for a story that takes audiences inside the world of social media, corporate power and whistleblowing.
Mikey Madison plays Frances Haugen, the former Facebook engineer who became a whistleblower after raising concerns about the platform's impact on users, particularly young people. Her decision to speak out sets her on a dangerous path, forcing her to confront the company she once worked for and the system surrounding it.
