Pop star Dua Lipa along with her family recently gathered for a family wedding in Kosovo. The singer shared glimpses from her cousin's wedding, wherein she was seen dancing her heart out. The singer was seen balancing a glass on her head while celebrating the occasion, which reminded many of Bobby Deol's viral dance in the Jamal Kudu song from Animal (2023).
Dua Lipa took to Instagram and X to share family photos and videos from her cousin's wedding in Kosovo on September 27. Sharing the glimpses, she wrote, "My cousin married the woman of his dreams, and we had a big Albanian wedding!!! andgjakova kelmendirozafa po na rritet rrethi!!!!!"
In one of the videos, Dua is seen dancing with a glass on her head along with her father, Dukagjin Lipa. The father and daughter seem to have a dance-off, while the rest of the family watches. Dua's father is then seen actually sliding to the floor with the glass still balanced on his head. They both continue dancing without dropping the glasses or letting a drop slip.
The video reminded many of Bobby Deol's entry as Abrar in Sandeep Reddy Vanga's action drama Animal, headlined by Ranbir Kapoor. Dua has shown off the party trick of dancing with a glass on her head earlier as well in vacation snaps.
The other videos also show Dua performing a traditional Albanian dance called Valle at the family wedding. Dua, along with her sister Rina, was also seen on the dance floor accompanied by their maternal cousins and other relatives, as they danced their hearts out.
Dua was seen dressed in a backless black dress with feathers on the neckline. In other pictures, she wore a gold crochet top covered with collected buttons over a black outfit.
In the comments section, fans praised Dua for showcasing her fun family and their wedding traditions. One fan wrote that Dua "was born to be a queen". While another fan added, "Dua is always the coolest party guest."
Yet another fan shared, "Dua always has partying in her blood and even more so when she's with family."
