This Holi is not just about the festival of colours, it's also about a young girl called Holi. Ragini, a model, plays the lead role in this love story. Venkatesh Prasad, son of cameraman Kudur Padmanabhan, is the hero. Director Sugnahalli Shankarlinga has shot the film at Hampi, Badami, Aihole and Pattadakal in Karnataka.u00a0
"I read about the folk traditions associated with Holi and was impressed enough to make a film on the same subject," Shankarlinga says, adding that he shot a major part of the film in Nadiger Desai's sprawling house, covering two acres, in Kundagol village in Dharwad district.
