Nandamuri Balakrishna
Telugu star Nandamuri Balakrishna recently arrived at Visakhapatnam airport along with Akhanda 2 director Boyapati Srinu and co-star Samyuktha. A video of the actor arriving at the city's airport has now gone viral on social media. In the clip, he is seen suddenly losing his cool at a person in the crowd who had gathered to greet him.
Initially, Balakrishna can be seen waving and smiling at his admirers waiting outside the airport premises. He thanked them and even accepted flowers from some fans. However, his expression quickly changed to anger as he pointed at a man and yelled at him. The man is not visible in the viral video.
Looking at the man angrily, the superstar is heard saying, "Move aside. Why are you here? Who asked you to come?" He is also seen informing the police accompanying him about the man.
Balakrishna later calms down and even clicks selfies with fans. Before leaving the airport premises, he again points out the man to his security, telling them, "Don't let him near me in the evening too. Did you hear me?" The identity of the man who upset Balakrishna remains unclear.
Earlier, at an event in Hyderabad for Akhanda 2 promotions, the superstar had also yelled at the crowd after they refused to listen to him. He struggled to control the crowd near him and eventually warned them to calm down. Once they settled, he obliged fans with pictures.
Produced on an ambitious scale by Raam Achanta and Gopichand Achanta under the 14 Reels Plus banner, the project is presented by M. Tejaswini Nandamuri. The makers recently released the teaser, creating massive buzz and sending fans into a frenzy.
Akhanda 2: Thaandavam is set to hit theatres on December 5 this year. The sequel is expected to be a grand cinematic spectacle, with Boyapati Sreenu crafting an even larger-than-life narrative.
In the release-date poster, Balakrishna is seen with long hair and a rugged beard, adorned with sacred beads and jewellery, wielding an elaborately decorated trident. His saffron-brown attire adds to the divine and fierce imagery, heightened by the dramatic snowy backdrop.
S. Thaman's powerful background score is expected to elevate the film's high-voltage moments. Balakrishna's intense, spiritually charged avatar has already won praise from fans and movie buffs. The film stars Samyuktha as the female lead, Aadhi Pinisetty in a strong role, and Harshali Malhotra in a key part. C. Ramprasad and Santosh Detake handle cinematography, Tammiraju is the editor, and A.S. Prakash serves as art director.
