Actor Yash is currently having a busy and much-anticipated slate of films lined up. The actor is busy juggling some of the biggest projects in Indian cinema, including Geetu Mohandas' Toxic: A Fairytale For Grownups and Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana. Amid his packed shooting schedule, the KGF star took time out to connect with a fan undergoing cancer treatment. Yash's sweet and thoughtful gesture has now left social media emotional.
A video circulating on social media shows Yash speaking to Sunil, the Shivamogga district president of his fan association, via video call. The fan, Sunil, is currently battling cancer. Amid his treatment, the actor made sure to check in on him personally.
During the video call, Yash reportedly enquired about Sunil's health, spoke to his family members, and even offered words of strength during a difficult phase. The actor reassured his fan that he was not alone in the fight against cancer, telling him, "I am there for you."
A fan who posted the video on X hailed the actor's gesture, writing, "Rocking Star Yash responded immediately upon hearing about his fan's ill health and gave him courage by saying, 'I am there for you!'"
The interaction soon won hearts online, as fans praised Yash for staying connected to those who have supported him throughout his journey.
On the professional front, Yash will next be seen in Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups, helmed by Geetu Mohandas. The anticipated film has been written and shot in both Kannada and English. It will also be released in dubbed versions across Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam. The action film features an ensemble cast including Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, and Rukmini Vasanth.
At the same time, the actor is also gearing up for one of the most-awaited films in Indian cinema, Ramayana, directed by Nitesh Tiwari. Yash will be seen stepping into the role of Ravana, while Ranbir Kapoor plays Lord Ram and Sai Pallavi plays Sita.
Planned as a two-part cinematic spectacle, Ramayana Part 1 is expected to release in theatres worldwide during Diwali 2026, followed by the second instalment, which is expected to release during Diwali 2027.
