Bigg Boss 20 Exclusive: Aasif Khan defends Love Gill and ScoutOP's bond, says he never sensed wrong intentions

After recently exiting the Bigg Boss 20 house, Aasif Khan opened up about his journey on the reality show. He recalled Salman Khan's feedback and addressed Amrapali's remarks about his acting career. The actor also spoke about Love Gill and ScoutOP's bond. He further reacted to Qazi Touqeer mocking his heart attack.

I think the first feedback I got from Salman sir was in the first week. I wasn't mentally prepared for that. I would like to forget that. Rest, the good compliments he gave me throughout the journey, I will remember those more. That is very close to my heart.

Amrapali commenting on his acting career

During one of the tasks, Amrapali made a remark about Aasif Khan's acting career, which did not go down well with him. Reacting to her comment, Aasif said, "When people demean others, they look weak. If you notice, in all my fights, I have never demeaned anyone or spoken about someone's insecurities. If I ever roasted someone, I did it with a lot of respect."

On Love and Scout's closeness

Love Gill and ScoutOP's equation has been grabbing eyeballs inside the Bigg Boss house. At one point, netizens also questioned Aasif Khan and Love Gill's closeness, prompting the former's wife to issue a statement. Addressing the speculation, Aasif said, "No, I think there is no fault of mine in it because there was never such a thing in my mind. On the other hand, I also believe that there is no fault of Love in it. I never felt her intention was wrong."

Speaking about Love's camaraderie with Scout, Aasif said, "The equation between Scout and Love was very pure. It has always been about brother and sister. As far as I have seen, while living in the house with them for almost two months, I never felt otherwise. Because Salman sir once asked Love, ‘Are you comfortable with your own brother? Do you live like this there too?' She said yes, I am like this with him too. If Kaashvi has any problem with it, then she has to talk to him personally. I am going to talk to Kaashvi about it."

Qazi mocking his heart attack

Following a nomination task, Qazi Touqeer pretended to suffer a heart attack, upsetting Aasif Khan and other housemates. Notably, Aasif had suffered a heart attack last year. Reacting to Qazi's actions, Aasif said, "I felt hurt by his actions, which is why my reaction was very loud. If someone says something very insensitive in front of me, then he will get a befitting reply."

Meanwhile, Aman Gandhi had criticised Aasif, calling him a ‘sasti copy of Irrfan Khan' while speaking to Qazi. Reacting to Aman's remark, Qazi said, "It's his stupidity that he wanted to demean me, but instead it turned out to be a compliment."
