Love Gill has hinted at a difficult past while discussing her ongoing rift with Scout OP on Bigg Boss 20, sparking speculation about the controversy involving Punjabi actor Gurpreet Ghuggi. She also accused Scout of damaging her career and questioned his silence during Kaashvi's allegations. Meanwhile, Yung DSA urged Scout to focus on his individual game.
Speaking to Scout, Love said, "Maine pehle bhi bataya hai, main bahut mushkil se nikli hoon." ("I have mentioned this before; I have been through a very difficult time.") She further revealed that she had only recently put the experience behind her, adding, "Main ek mahine pehle in sab cheezon se bahar nikal ke aayi hoon." ("I emerged from all of this a month ago.") Although Love did not explicitly name the controversy during their conversation, her remarks led to speculation about whether she was referring to the much-discussed dispute involving Ghuggi.
Love also confronted Scout for not speaking up in front of his girlfriend, Kaashvi. She said, "Jab wo bol rahi thi, tumhaari girlfriend, ki trap fasa rahi, tab tune us cheez ko clarity kyu nahi di?" ("When your girlfriend was saying that she was setting a trap, why didn't you provide any clarity on the matter?") She continued to hold Scout OP responsible for ruining her career and questioned him about his conversation with Yung DSA. Confronting Scout, Love said, "I will survive like a dead body." She added that people would now identify her as the person Kaashvi had accused.
Yung also gave Scout a reality check, urging him not to jeopardise his game over a relationship. He encouraged Scout to play individually and suggested that Love had influenced his decisions.
The controversy erupted after a Canada-based YouTuber made allegations involving Love Gill and Gurpreet Ghuggi, who shared screen space in the Punjabi film Furlow. The claims alleged that the two were romantically involved and that Love had become pregnant. A settlement worth Rs 5 crore kept the matter under wraps. Gurpreet dismissed the claims as "completely false and fabricated", while Love also denied the rumours.
Love Gill has been in the news after Rohit Shetty lambasted her over her closeness with Scout OP. He called out their gestures, questioning whether they were in keeping with their brother-sister bond. Scout's girlfriend, Kaashvi, also entered the house and confronted Scout, accusing Love of trapping him.
