Diya Aur Baati Hum actress Rishina Kandhari was spotted jogging on Juhu beach over the weekend.

The TV star, who is now seen in Akbar Rakht Se Takht Tak, says, "I often visit the beach for an early morning run. Though there are a lot of people around, they don't bother me. I have realised running on sand is more beneficial than pounding the streets."
