Surabhi Vanzara, known for her work in films such as Murder and Raaz 2 and television shows including Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin, Hitler Didi and Qubool Hai, recently appeared on India's Got Latent Season 2. The actor-comedian found herself at the centre of several hilarious exchanges, particularly with host Samay Raina. During the episode, Surabhi did not hold back while responding to Samay's jokes and even took a playful dig at him.
The episode featured a mix of guests, including Rakhi Sawant, Ashneer Grover and Kushagra Srivastava. While Samay continued with his trademark banter, Surabhi's straight-faced responses became one of the highlights of the episode.
At one point, Samay joked about Surabhi being "mentally disturbed" because her maid had not turned up. He then asked whether she was in her normal state. Surabhi was quick to turn the joke around on him. "No, no, this is all thanks to you. Meeting you is not easy, Samay. It's quite mentally disturbing," she told him.
Taking the exchange a step further, Surabhi delivered another sharp one-liner aimed at the host. "You disturbed the entire country," she said, leaving the panel and audience amused.
Samay then asked Surabhi whether she was feeling nervous or under pressure because of him. However, the actor-comedian refused to let him have the last word and clarified her earlier remark with another witty response. "Don't give yourself so much credit. I said mentally disturbed, not nervous," Surabhi said.
The playful back-and-forth continued as Samay attempted to keep the jokes coming and also tried to calm Surabhi down. However, Rakhi Sawant soon intervened and pointed out that Samay's jokes did not appear to be working on Surabhi.
Surabhi also directed her humour towards Kushagra Srivastava, who was part of the panel. At one point, she asked him, "What's your name, sir?" She then added, "I seriously don't know. Everyone else I do know."
Her appearance comes as India's Got Latent Season 2 continues to generate attention for its unconventional humour and candid exchanges between Samay, contestants and guests. Surabhi's deadpan delivery and quick comebacks added another entertaining moment to the episode, with her remarks aimed at both Samay and Kushagra becoming notable highlights.
Surabhi has appeared across television and films during her career, with her credits spanning popular shows and Hindi movies. Her appearance on the comedy show offered viewers a different side of the actor, as she matched Samay's humour with her own sharp and unfiltered responses.
