I am 17 years old. For the past 2 and half years, I have had feelings for a girl who was a classmate in school. We were both very studious and good friends. After school, we chose different streams in different colleges. I thought I would forget about her, but this hasn't happened. I think of her daily. I didn't speak to her about this after school, because our education was more important. Now, I think I just want her to know how I feel. I sent her a text message 2 weeks ago asking if we could meet, but she said she couldn't. She lives close to my house, but can't meet unless our school friends plan a meeting together. How do I convince her to meet me? - V P
It's 2017, so I'm assuming you both have access to e-mail and social media. If she can't meet you in person, maybe you should just try and chat with her online whenever possible. This isn't to say you should start behaving like a stalker, but just interacting with her in some way online may give her a reason to try and get to know you better. If she can't meet you now, there is always a possibility of her being able to at some point in the future. Your feelings for her won't matter unless she feels the same way, though, so do try and be prepared for that eventuality.
