He prefers spending time in the gym instead. I still love him and know he loves me too, but he says we can only see what happens in the future. What do I do?

I'm not sure what you can do if, as you point out, you are not a priority in his life. If he says there may be a future with you, but does nothing to secure it, what exactly does he mean? If you are willing to wait, for reasons known only to you, how can you be sure of him giving up his obsession with the gym at some point in the future? Also, out of curiosity, why would you want to give so much importance to a man who cares more about a treadmill than he does about you?

I waited three years to buy a car I really liked, because I thought it would impress my girlfriend. When I drove to pick her up, she didn't even seem remotely interested. She said it was nice, which really hurt me because she knows how badly I wanted to purchase it. If she doesn't like the same things I do, why am I with her? I didn't feel this way before, but this has really shaken me. Am I overreacting? I know it's just a car, but it's also an important part of who I am and what I like. If she can be so insensitive about things that are important to me, why are we in this relationship together? Should I ask her about it?
If you like the car, why is she supposed to get as excited about it? Why not simply enjoy it yourself? She hasn't lost any interest in you, has she? Why obsess about something so trivial? Just drive.
