You need to spend a little more time trying to figure out why you feel this way. A statement like that doesn't really make sense unless it is backed by more information. I suggest you think about why you married her, how important she is in your life, and why you feel as if you don't care enough about her now. Also, speak to her too. You owe her that much.

I have been in a relationship for a year and a half with a guy I came in contact with on Instagram, and we haven't met yet. I do feel strongly for him, and he does give me the same importance. But, every other day or so, I am gripped by a sense of insecurity about whether or not I should be with him and trust him. He has never given me a chance to complain, but that feeling of insecurity doesn't go away. Sometimes, due to this reason, I upset him too. What should I do in this situation?

Your feeling of insecurity is valid simply because you are basing your idea of a relationship on an app that doctors photographs to make them look better than they are. This relationship you claim to have is influenced primarily on how the two of you look, rather than who you both are as individuals. It won't be resolved until the two of you spend some time in the real world, because that - despite the effort of tech entrepreneurs the world over - continues to remain the best way to figure out what another human being is like. Meet this person, spend some time with him away from Instagram, figure out what his likes and dislikes are and then use your intuition to figure out how you feel about him. He may be the best guy on the planet, but you simply don't have enough information to base this upon just yet.
