'My boyfriend won't stop sifting through my purse'

My boyfriend of two months thinks it's okay to look through my purse when I'm not around and thinks I'm overreacting when I ask him not to. He has done this a couple of times and says I shouldn't have any secrets from him. I think he has poor manners. Am I wrong?
Of course not; he has obviously not been raised right. No one has the right to go through your personal belongings without your permission.

I was madly in love with someone for a few years, during which we went out a few times but didn't ever get to a stage where we were in a relationship. I did tell her how I felt, but she never responded, so I assumed things were never going to happen and began going out with someone else.
