I can sense she's disappointed with me in bed

This is embarrassing for me because I don't like discussing it with my girlfriend, but I get the feeling that I never satisfy her sexually. She is always very kind about it and doesn't make me feel awful or anything, but I can always sense her disappointment. I can't even explain why I feel it, but I know I do. We have been together for six months now and I don't know how much longer she will continue to be with me if I remain awful in bed. I want her to tell me what I can do better, but she doesn't even admit there's a problem and I can't bring myself to even initiate a conversation about it. I don't want to speak to a therapist or something, because I won't be comfortable discussing it. How do I address this problem?

If you can't discuss this with your girlfriend, how is someone who isn't involved in this relationship going to help? If you think she's unhappy, you need to create an environment that makes it easy for you both to have an open, honest conversation, because this extends to the state of your relationship beyond just physical intimacy. Why do you think you're awful in bed? If there are things you are aware of, why do you hesitate to speak to a professional? Also, if your girlfriend doesn't claim to be unhappy, what makes you so sure that she is? I think a bit of introspection is in order. Sex is an extremely important part of any relationship, so you are right to take it seriously. If you do want to take it seriously enough though, you should also be prepared to get help from a professional, if necessary.

Tell him. A lot of people don't know they are taking other people in their lives for granted until it is explicitly pointed out to them.
