The organisation will conduct a special four-month workshop where they will introduce participants to the world of Indian Classical music.
Named Shadaja, after the first of the seven swaras of the saptak, the workshop aims to take the participants through a musical journey, exploring the various aspects of singing. The workshop is open to children from seven years and above, and will be headed by Kamakshi and Vishala Khurana.
There will be a total of 34 sessions, spread over a period of four months, with the first session starting on July 4. The participants will be categorised into three batches according to their age -- Swar (seven to nine years), Laya (10 to 12 years) and Tarana (12 years and above).
Each session is designed especially to channelise every child's individual creative talent and to infuse it with the magic that's Indian Classical music. Sign up your kids now for this one-of-a-kind musical journey.
