Daily regime
I believe in varying my workout because the body tends to get used to a particular pattern. As a result, the workout results are much slower. Since I've been travelling quite a bit lately, I've not been very regular with my fitness, but I do make it a point to do an hour of cardio no matter what, and at times I fit in yoga too.

Just diet
Though I don't follow a diet, I definitely eat right. I eat every two hours and believe me, it really helps. It prevents me from binging because the diet doesn't leave scope for me to feel hungry, and it speedens my metabolism.

I love playing different sports. I used to play hockey in school. I'd like to learn tennis too. I enjoy playing cricket and squash. I'm also a very good swimmer, but due to work and travel commitments, I can't be regular with my sports. According to me, every person should play at least one sport because it instills a sportsman spirit in you and you learn how to deal with defeat. Playing a sport for at least 30 minutes a day or pursuing any activity, even if it means just walking in a mall, is great. The mantra to a healthy lifestyle is to eat right, sleep well and most importantly, be happy.

After work
Spending time with my friend's three-year-old daughter is my idea of relaxation. She just brings a smile on my face no matter how tired and worked-up I might be. Also, I love spending time with my pet cats. I feel only animals and children can love you unconditionally. I'm essentially a happy person.
