Ahead of CES 2017, an event being hosted by Asus on Wednesday, January 4, Qualcomm has revealed the Asus ZenFone AR smartphone in its blog post

Ahead of CES 2017, an event being hosted by Asus on Wednesday, January 4, Qualcomm has revealed the Asus ZenFone AR smartphone in a blog post. The post stated that Asus ZenFone AR is going to be the world's first Tango-enabled and Daydream-ready mobile device.

Asus ZenFone AR will allow smartphone users to explore new mobile applications like Google Street View and Fantastic Beasts. It will also make way to log on to personal VR cinema with YouTube, Netflix, Hulu and HBO. Game addicts will also get a chance to enjoy gaming sessions with platforms like Gunjack 2, LEGO BrickHeadz, Need for Speed etc.

The leaked information stated that the smartphone will look like a typical ZenFone smartphone. The leak has not revealed anything about the camera features. The only detail revealed at this moment is that the device will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 821 processor.
