Tiny mood boosters
Having a hot cup of soup, a cool face mist, and your fave monsoon playlist is a must. Tiny joys matter. Roll-on perfumes or deo wipes can be a game-changer on muggy days

Not just water
Even if you’re not sweating buckets, humidity dehydrates sneakily. Aim for 2.5–3L water a day. Infuse water with mint, cucumber, or citrus to feel instantly fresher. You can also snack on watermelon, cucumbers, oranges, and leafy greens

Let your body breathe
Go for loose cotton, linen, or bamboo. Avoid clingy synthetics that trap sweat. Lighter shades dry faster and don’t show water stains as much

Avoid the squelch
Say no to sneakers. They’ll never dry in time. Try rubber sandals, floaters, or jelly shoes that rinse easily. Always keep a pair of backup slippers at work

Beat the frizz
Use a gentle, pH-balanced cleanser twice a day. Swap heavy moisturisers for gel-based or water-based ones. Leave-in conditioners or anti-frizz serums are your best friends
