Her humble upbringing was like that of any other middle-class girl. She attended DPS Mathura Road, Delhi and studied jewellery designing at JDTI. This decision was motivated by her love for diamonds. Even as a little child, she dreamed of being a diamond merchant or a jewellery designer. While people laughed at her dream, she made sure that she worked enough to make it come true. Thus, Means enrolled for the diploma of business administration course at "Latrobe university" in Melbourne. She completed the course with flying colors and was awarded for her skills and academic excellence.

Her passion for fitness also dates back to her teenage years when she would spend hours in the gym or attend yoga lessons. Her impeccable beauty earned her multiple offers to work for daily soaps. However, Means couldn't accept these offers as her family is settled in Delhi, and accepting the offers would have meant permanently moving to Mumbai. For Means, the family holds paramount importance, and she doesn't regret her decision. She has featured in print advertisements of fitness equipment, jewellery brands, etc. Means has also been a part of the jury panel of various events.

Her business acumen is evident from her contribution as the MD of her hotel and banquet business. Her hospitality brand Grand Affairs Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is a renowned name in the hotel industry. She is also an active philanthropist who contributes socially through NGOs and kitties.

Her food and travel blogs have helped her become a popular name on social media. She has over 100k social media followers and has also received significant coverage from newspapers and magazines.
