'My girlfriend is way too gullible...'

Actually, we were the best of friends before we moved on to becoming lovers. By her nature, she is very helpful. And that's worrisome as people around her keep trying to take advantage of her all the time. It's annoying to see it happen. I've tried to explain to her, but she seems blind to what's happening around.

Your girlfriend always thinks of others first. As she is always ready to help, people take her for granted. Explain to her that it is good to be nice to people, but she does not have to go all out to please them and always adjust for them in any situation. There is a difference between being nice and extra nice. Once she stands up for herself, people will stop pushing her around. It's time she asserted herself as the situation demands. Also, the next time you find her going all out to help someone, tell her to slow down a bit.
