A married colleague is flirting with me

Dear Diana,
A married colleague has taken a fancy for me. I have been taken aback by his behaviour. The thing I don't get is that this flirting is going to get him no where as from Day One I have stopped him in his tracks. I don't want to create a scene in office but his behaviour has already made some colleagues realise that I am his chosen one. How do I tell him that being friendly with a colleague is okay but crossing the line is not.

Dear RT,
This man is just looking for fun outside marriage. If you have drawn the line, he has no business crossing it. Any unwanted sexual advances from a colleague, even verbal ones, amounts to harassment,u00a0 especially if you have told him to stop and he's still doing it. Make it clear to him that you do not enjoy his attention at all. Hopefully this is enough for him to get the message, if not, tell him you will complain to the seniors at your workplace.
