With sneaking in a few minutes of relaxation amidst harrowing deadlines and presentations becoming a common struggle, a place to pause, unwind and socialise seems no less than heaven for those desperately looking for a change in their routine.

If this is you, then there's an interesting event worth adding to your calendar. Total Business Hotties (TBH), a Mumbai-based, women-centric community of entrepreneurs and corporates, in collaboration with Jeff Goldberg School of Performing Arts, Bandra, will organise The Wellness Social, which promises nine hours of enjoyment, physical and mental empowerment and a much-needed break from the monotony.

From morning and evening yoga batches to theatre, dance, storytelling, poetry and open mics to MMA and self-defense sessions, participants can attend workshops of their choice to fuel their passion and shake off the stress, "The entire event is open to all, except for dance and self-defence, which are catered to women since they account for heavy movement and we wish to provide a safe space for them to attend the workshop with ease," states Adwitya Jha, TBH founder and organiser of the event.

One can take a break from the rigorous workout to take a glimpse at the Shopping Village, a platform lined with stalls housing lifestyle products from wellness brands, stylish yet comfortable merchandise and items curated by local artisans. Refresh and energise in between sessions at food stalls offering healthy snacks and drinks to keep those fitness goals in check.
