65-year-old Mumbai resident booked for sexually assaulting stray dog

In a disturbing incident, a 65-year-old man has been booked by the Juhu police for allegedly sexually assaulting a stray dog in the area. The act was witnessed and recorded on video by a local woman, who then shared it with a friend. The friend approached the Juhu police, brought the accused to the police station, and registered a formal complaint.

Based on the video footage the Juhu police issued a notice to Bhujangrao Khavale Patil, a resident of Santacruz, asking him to appear at the police station for investigation.

After viewing the video, Shah confronted the accused and took him to the Juhu police station to file a complaint. A police officer confirmed: "Based on the complaint and video evidence, we have registered a case against Patil under Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act. Further investigation is underway."
