The Thackeray cousins have revised their campaign strategy for the upcoming Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections, opting to hold a single joint rally instead of the three large rallies that were initially planned.
Under the new approach, Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray and Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) president Raj Thackeray will focus on visiting local shakhas and strengthening grassroots-level outreach rather than addressing mass public gatherings.
The shift in strategy reflects the alliance's emphasis on direct engagement with party workers and local cadres as Shiv Sena (UBT) and Maharashtra Navnirman Sena prepare for a closely fought Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation election.
Meanwhile, the Shiv Sena (UBT), the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS), and the Nationalist Congress Party (SP) on Sunday released their joint manifesto for the upcoming Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections at Shiv Sena Bhavan on Sunday afternoon.
