Commuters at Dindoshi Metro Station on Wednesday morning were left stranded after the station was closed without prior notice, despite an official announcement stating that trains were running on a short loop between Gundavali and Aarey on Metro Yellow Line 2A and Red Line 7.

Passengers complained that security staff and station management had no information on when services would resume, causing confusion and inconvenience during peak hours.

According to the official update, Yellow Line 2A continued to operate between Andheri West and Dahisar East, with single-line operations between Ovaripada and Aarey.

However, commuters at Dindoshi said there was no communication from staff or alternate travel advice at the station. Frustrated passengers urged authorities to provide real-time updates and called for better on-ground coordination to avoid such situations during rush hour.
