Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Aaditya Thackeray has alleged Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of doing "politics" over the recent India-Pakistan tensions despite the support from the opposition, reported news agency ANI.
Amid ongoing India-Pakistan tensions, Aaditya Thackeray reiterated the opposition's stand of offering their support to Prime Minister Narendra Modi against Pakistan, saying that it is time to show India's strength, and each party will stay "together" in the battle against terror.
"Our stand has been clear from day one... From day one, all opposition parties said in one voice that we are with the Prime Minister because we have to show Pakistan what our strength is, and we will keep fighting against terror and stay together. But somewhere they (BJP) have started politics... All parties should be kept together instead of doing politics... The Foreign Minister should explain why such a situation has arisen, and why today, representatives of all parties have to be sent across the world. No one is talking about how terrorists came to Pahalgam", Aaditya Thackeray told reporters.
Meanwhile, on Monday, Lok Sabha LoP Rahul Gandhi once again questioned S Jaishankar, repeating his question regarding the loss of aircraft caused to the Indian Air Force during Operation Sindoor.

In his 'X' post, Rahul Gandhi accused S Jaishankar of being silent on how many aircraft the Indian Air Force lost during Operation Sindoor and said that the nation "deserves the truth."
"EAM Jaishankar's silence isn't just telling -- it's damning. So I'll ask again: How many Indian aircraft did we lose because Pakistan knew? This wasn't a lapse. It was a crime. And the nation deserves the truth," Rahul Gandhi posted on X.
The Lok Sabha LoP's remarks ignited criticism from the BJP with several leaders accusing the Raebareli MP of speaking the "Pakistani language".
India launched Operation Sindoor on May 7 in response to the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam that left 26 civilians dead. As part of the operation, Indian Armed Forces targeted terror infrastructure deep inside Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir, eliminating over 100 terrorists linked to Jaish-e-Mohammed, Lashkar-e-Taiba, and Hizbul Mujahideen.
