This Gen Z-themed post office at IIT Bombay offers free Wi-Fi connectivity, fully digital and QR-based postal services, contemporary seating arrangements, a mini library, and a dedicated music corner
The launch at IIT Bombay is expected to serve as a pilot for similar Gen Z–themed post offices in educational hubs and urban centres across the country
