According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Mumbai woke up to clear skies on Tuesday morning following moderate showers on Monday evening, which helped ease the heat and improve air quality levels
The IMD forecast for the day predicted partly cloudy skies with chances of light to moderate rain or isolated thunderstorms in certain pockets of the city and suburbs
