New Delhi: It was a foggy morning here on Wednesday with the minimum temperature recorded at 5.6 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season's average, the weather office said. Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 100 per cent and visibility stood at 200 metres.

At least 13 trains were cancelled, 21 delayed and four were rescheduled due to fog in several parts of northern India.
The Met has predicted moderate to dense fog for the day ahead.
"Maximum temperature is likely to hover around 23 degrees celsius. Moderate to dense fog likely to be there towards the evening," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
Maximum temperature on Tuesday was recorded at 25.6 degrees Celsius, six notches above the season's average while the minimum temperature settled at 9.1 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average.
