Lalit Jalan, CEO, Reliance Infrastructure said, "We are happy that Reliance Airport Metro Express is gaining popularity among both local travellers as well as airport-bound travelers, which has reflected in the number of ridership. Currently, 70% of the commuters are airport bound, and the remaining are local travellers."

The 23 km-long, high-speed Reliance Airport Metro regularly launches various commuter-centric facilities, leading to increase in ridership. Check-in facility without baggage will be operational soon at Dhaula Kuan station. At present, check-in facility is available at New Delhi station and Shivaji Station (Connaught Place - Baba Kharak Singh Marg).
