Senior BJP leader BC Khanduri is set to be the new Uttarakhand CM, BJP president Nitin Gadkari announced on Saturday night at New Delhi.
The BJP top brass held a meeting with the outgoing Uttarakhand Chief Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank and asked him to step down in the wake of a series of alleged scams facing the state government.
