Senior IRSE officer Rajeev Shrivastava takes charge as Central Railway General Manager

Rajeev Shrivastava assumed charge as the new General Manager of Central Railway, officials said on Monday.

According to an official statement, Shrivastava is an officer of the Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE), belonging to the 1990 batch. He holds a Master of Technology degree in Structural Engineering.

Over three decades of experience

Shrivastava brings more than 34 years of experience in Indian Railways, with a career spanning multiple zones and public sector units.

He has served in key roles across Northern Railway, Rail Vikas Nigam Limited, North Central Railway, North Western Railway and South Eastern Railway, officials said.
