In a special display of shared faith and community spirit, both Hindu and Muslim people welcomed the procession at over 60 spots as it travelled through the Nuh district

The nearly 80-kilometre yatra started from the Nalhar Mahadev temple, went through the Jhirkeshwar Mahadev temple, and concluded at the Shringeshwar Mahadev temple by evening

This year, authorities implemented very strict security measures, deploying around 2,500 police personnel, suspending internet services, and closing schools to prevent a repeat of the violent clashes that occurred during the yatra in 2023, which resulted in six deaths

Nuh Deputy Commissioner Vishram Kumar Meena confirmed that the yatra finished smoothly and peacefully, thanking all communities for their cooperation

Leaders from both communities, including former MLA Chaudhary Zakir Hussain, highlighted Mewat's long-standing tradition of Hindu-Muslim brotherhood, which they felt was clearly demonstrated during this year's event
