Several areas, including ITO, Dhaula Kuan, Naraina, Patel Nagar, Vijay Chowk, Jangpura, RK Puram, Lajpat Nagar, Talkatora Road, Rafi Marg, and Rohini, experienced intense rainfall

Waterlogging was reported from multiple locations such as Panchkuian Road, Moti Bagh, ITO, Mukherjee Nagar, and Pul Prahladpur, severely disrupting vehicular movement across the city

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasted moderate to heavy rainfall, accompanied by lightning and surface winds reaching speeds of 30 to 40 kmph

A 'Red Alert' has also been issued for the eastern parts of the National Capital Region, while a 'yellow alert' remains in effect for other areas

Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 26.8°C, which is 0.5 degrees below the seasonal average, according to IMD data

The IMD has also predicted a cloudy sky with moderate rain throughout the day, with the maximum temperature likely to reach around 30°C

At 9 am, Delhi's air quality was in the 'satisfactory' range, with an Air Quality Index (AQI) reading of 87, according to data from the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). As per CPCB standards, an AQI between 0–50 is considered 'good', 51–100 'satisfactory', 101–200 'moderate', 201–300 'poor', 301–400 'very poor', and 401–500 'severe'
