15-year-old mentally challenged rape survivor ill-treated at UP hospital

A mentally challenged minor rape survivor was allegedly denied a stretcher and a wheel chair when she was brought for a medical check-up to the district hospital in Uttar Pradesh's Lakhimpur city. The 15-year old victim was brutally raped in Bhira Kheri village.
